The last 12 months have seen the latest and largest innovation the Company has undertaken. The 3km of ‘relatively mobile’ conveyor system is one of the most energy efficient / environmentally friendly methods of removing overburden in mining mineral sands in Australia. Although the time frame from conceptual design through to commissioning was extensive, the known benefits are proving to be tremendous. The design of the mobile system is predominantly from within Exact Mining Services, a credit to the depth of knowledge and versatility within the Company. As testament to the ideology behind development of the new system, the Client was both receptive and supportive of introducing this mining method within their procedures from the outset which has great cost advantages.
Exact Mining Services has also completed a total overhaul and upgrade to all its IT infrastructure and communication systems at all sites ensuring the latest technology is available resulting in a considerable downturn in the number of IT issues, and thereby significantly increasing productivity.
Exact Mining Services client base has expanded as has it’s range of services along with its geographical spread.
The entrepreneurial skills and professional expertise of the Board of Directors ensures the Company’s solid foundations are kept secure by providing advice and guidance through both short and long term strategic planning, ensuring strong long term objectives are achieved for the clients, employees and the Company.
